We manage several diffent types of property in and around Chicago, Illinois. At this time, because of the software, we only have portal log-ins and online payments available for a select group of properties. We welcome you to use this feature to check your tenant balances, make online payments and send maintenance requests. All emergencies should be called into the office. You can always call the office with any questions.
For the residents that live on South Michigan Ave, the portal is -
